What to include

Please include as much information as possible to help us investigate and reproduce the issue, including:

• the affected URL or page
• a description of the issue
• steps to reproduce it
• the potential impact
• any screenshots, logs or proof of concept details that may assist

Guidelines

Please do not publicly disclose the vulnerability until we have had a reasonable opportunity to investigate and remediate it.

Please do not undertake actions that may negatively affect the availability, integrity or confidentiality of the service, its users, or associated data.

This includes avoiding:

• denial of service or resource exhaustion testing
• accessing, modifying or deleting data that does not belong to you
• social engineering, phishing or physical attacks
• testing against third-party systems or services not owned or controlled by us

Our commitment

We will review reports submitted in good faith and aim to acknowledge receipt within two business days.
